III. Billing and Payments Billing and payment processing for the Services are handled directly by our Providers. We do not handle any billing or payment transactions. Payment methods, due dates, and late fees are determined by each individual Provider’s policies.

IV. Disclaimer of Warranties Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any warranties offered related to the services are provided solely by the underlying partner provider. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third-party providers.

V. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to $100.

VI. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Curbelo de Canarias LTD - DBA: Skyview Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Services, your violation of this TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
